REFUND POLICY

 

 

Applicable to Tours only:

In the event you’ve paid in full, and you need to cancel your tour, we try to refund as much of the tour cost as possible however, it is not guaranteed, as we may have had to make our own commitments, particularly in respect of hotels for example. Typically if you cancel 90 or more days prior to your tour start date we should be able to refund the full amount. If you cancel within the 60-30 day window it is less likely the total amount will be refunded. Cancellations are addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Rentals:

All confirmed rental reservation deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. No refunds on early returns.
